1) When and how can I start to study with Foreign Affairs?


At any time. You and/or your company can start courses any day of the year. Just get in touch with us by telephone or e-mail, a visit to confirm your understanding and objectives and book the classes.


2) The cost of material is included in the price of the hour/lesson?

No. We let the student decide if you want to get the books at a specialist book store or through Foreign Affairs. If you buy it through us, the material is delivered to the student without any extra cost for the service.


3) How do I pay Foreign Affairs?

Payment is made by invoice banking billet with a payment date of the 1st of each month, or a date agreed with the company and/or student.


4) How do I proceed in relation to vacations, cancellations, etc?

All these procedures are are described in the contract with Foreign Affairs. For example, you can cancel a lesson and have the right to re-book if you advise the course before 4pm the previous working day. In the case of translations, we arrange beforehand the time of delivery and total cost of the service.


5) Do you use your own material?

No. Foreign Affairs works with imported books, but we also produce customized study notes, in accordance with the necessities of our students.


6) Does Foreign Affairs have vacations?

No, our professionals are at your disposal as normal during twelve months of the year, during vacations, holidays and during Christmas and New Year.


7) What about the professionals at Foreign Affairs?

Foreign Affairs has native teachers and Brazilian, trained and qualified to give lessons to executives, do translations, interpretation services and whatever specialized language service is required.


8) Do you measure the course results?

Foreign Affairs measures the course results by way of written tests and progress reports submitted by the teachers about each student or whatever method established between the company and/or student and Foreign Affairs.

9) And the Language Spa? Does this course really help to accelerate the learning process?

Language Spa – Foreign Affair’s immersion course – you spend eight to twenty-four hours immersed in the chosen language. The results are fantastic!
